After the long break, it's time to catch up with my blog. There are some time since my last baked swiss roll - Lazy fat cat Swiss roll that gotten pretty good response on that. Everybody just love it, from look to taste. Since my last conducted baking class, there are some students to request me to conduct another class on teaching the swiss roll. How hope that I am still at Miri now!
Learnt the lesson from previous swiss roll, I've omitted the chocolate chips inside the whip cream. In fact, it tastes much better and original, the combination of tastes are just perfect.
