This is first ever experience in my life to eat the fresh Apricot. The texture is so similiar to the peaches, it's much smaller and crunchier, of course more expensive too. Today I pay a visit to an orphanage which located in Miri (Sarawak), something I've never done in my life before. Wonder why all the swiss roll must be rolled into round shape since it is invented. Dare to be different, I creatively roll it into TRIANGLE shape without any triangle mold's help. I admit that it is extremely difficult which makes the unsatisfactory result. Lesson learnt: I should use the butter cream or icing sugar to coat the swiss roll surface.
